Amesha has been working in care for the last six years.
Amesha is experienced in all aspects of care but has worked predominately in learning disability and Challenging behaviour.
Amesha worked her way up from support worker to registered manager and is currently enjoying being a part of growing Comfort Homes and Care.
Amesha has a fun and proactive approach to all she does and believes that each person has a special gift to offer to the world.
Aftab has been one of the Directors at Comfort Homes and Care since 2017 and is co-founder.
He has really enjoyed working full-time as part of the team at Comfort Homes and Care.
Aftab is a property consultant and a developer and over the last 7 years, has worked within the community to provide accommodation to the most vulnerable in society.
He has a wealth of experience in adaptive accommodation, which enables Comfort Homes and Care meet each individual residents’ requirements.
This combined with care provision, ensures that all residents are happy and receive excellent care which is bespoke and person centred.
Dr Patel qualified as a doctor From Guy’s, King's and St Thomas' Hospitals London in 2003. He has been a practicing GP since 2007 and Occupational Health doctor since 2015.
He has extensively worked with residential homes, care homes, domiciliary care and supported living facilities. He has also worked as a doctor for Birmingham City Council Occupational Health services and an auditor for the Department of Work and Pensions.
He has undergone specialised training in fields of learning disability, dementia care, old age medicine and psychiatry. He has also received special accreditation in drug and alcohol misuse from the Royal College of General Practitioners.
